Burnout & Nervous System Recovery

Functional Medicine & Nervous System Regulation treatment plans designed to support those experiencing stress, fatigue, and the cumulative demands of care work. This may be used alongside or following maternal or hormonal care services to support recovery from stress and physiological depletion.

This care is intended for those experiencing irregular schedules, disrupted sleep, emotional intensity, and sustained responsibility for others. Over time, this can impact energy levels, recovery, and overall well-being.

These care plans focus on supporting the body’s ability to regulate, recover, and maintain stability while continuing to work in a high-demand field.
